I've owned a Weyron chair for about 2 years and I've been quite pleased with how it works. I ran into a minor issue with the seat cover, so I reached out to Weyron, and they took care of it. Big thanks to Daniel for the awesome support!

From the moment I reached out to place my order until the delivery, I have no complaints about Daniel from Milton Keynes. Even with a long drive and multiple drop-offs, the delivery was right on schedule, which really surprised me. The team that set up my chair and walked me through the instructions was super polite and careful. Honestly, I can't find anything to criticize about the whole experience. And let me tell you, the chair itself is just incredible! Oh my goodness!!! It’s truly something else. I deal with a bad back and fibromyalgia, and this chair has been a total game changer for me. Big thanks to Weyron! If I had to point out one little thing, it would be that a design allowing for easier entry and exit would be awesome (maybe a way to swing the foot massager out of the way to sit down 🤷🏻‍♀️). But honestly, that’s just a minor detail; I might have a bit of trouble getting in, but getting out after using it is no problem at all! 😂😂

Before I ordered the master supreme chair, I had a chat with Daniel who provided all the details I was after. After browsing through other options online, I decided that the Weyron chair was the one for me. I placed my order on a Monday and, believe it or not, the chair arrived that Friday!
The delivery team was great; they took off the sides to fit it through a pretty tight doorway and then reassembled it once it was inside. They were super efficient and even showed me how to operate the controls.
The first time I sat in it, I didn’t want to leave… it was just amazing! I even had a hard time getting my wife out of it too.

We got our hands on this amazing chair just yesterday. We made a trip to the showroom from Surrey, and I can't recommend this company enough. They have four different models of chairs that you can test out. Daniel provided us with fantastic service, and the best part? We got our delivery today (Sunday) right after buying it yesterday. The delivery team was super helpful in setting up the chair in no time.

After just one use in the showroom, the massage chair worked wonders for my mum's hip issues, which is just incredible! She struggles to sit for long periods in the car, but we drove for 2 hours to get there. She was in a lot of pain in her hip, but after her first session, the pain disappeared!

We wholeheartedly recommend this chair and are eager to see more positive results!

This is honestly the best buy I've ever made.

After a car accident, I found myself in a wheelchair, trying to learn to walk again. This chair has been a game changer for my recovery. It encourages good blood flow, which helps prevent recurring DVT (blood clots) and eases the pain in my legs and lower back from sitting too long.

It's been a huge help both physically and mentally.

I have caregivers coming in daily, and I can tell you, by the end of their shifts, they often take a break in this chair, sometimes for two or three sessions in a row.

The company has been fantastic with their service:
1. The salesman took the time to explain all the details about each machine and helped me choose the one that would best address my current issues.

2. The delivery team even allowed me to film the setup while they walked me through how to move the chair and operate it properly. They didn’t just drop it off and leave, which is rare these days.

3. I accidentally broke one of the cables and called to buy a new one. They refused to take my money, showing genuine concern for how much this chair has been helping me.

Not many companies impress me with their sales and after-sales service these days, but this one really stands out.

I placed an order for a cocoon chair from Weyron on a Friday and received it by Sunday. Weyron has a solid team and quality products, definitely recommend! The head and eye massage with lovely bird tunes is fantastic, and sitting in the heated massage chair feels like paradise!

A few months back, I picked up a Cocoon chair from Weyron, and I gotta say, they’re a solid company to work with. I ordered it online, and it arrived right where I wanted it. The delivery crew set it up for me, made sure everything was working, and even took away all the packaging—definitely a nice touch! The chair is top-notch quality and super comfy. There are plenty of settings to choose from, making it really relaxing. I use it almost every day, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my buy!

I purchased the chair right before the lockdown hit in March. Not knowing much about the brand, I felt a bit uneasy. But my wife and I visited the convent warehouse and tested several chairs before settling on our choice. We weren't rushed into picking any specific chair and had the freedom to try out all the options at our own pace. After I completed the purchase, I was really impressed by how fast the chair was delivered and set up, with both delivery guys wearing masks and gloves. They didn’t linger for long, though.

Since then, we’ve been using the chair every day, and about three weeks ago, I noticed it started making a noise that was louder than normal and came and went. I called the company to explain the issue, not really expecting a speedy reply. Well, I was blown away when the engineer showed up the very next day and discovered a loose screw. Thankfully, there was no damage. It’s because of their excellent aftercare service that I’m thrilled to write this review and would suggest them to anyone considering a massage chair. Oh, and by the way, the chairs are fantastic!

I bought a Weyron Cocoon Chair after checking out a few other brands like OSIM and some I hadn’t even heard of before. Daniel from Weyron was super helpful and always quick to respond to my emails, usually on the same day or even within hours. I was really pleased with the cost, the warranty, how it works, and especially the customer service, which was way better than any other brand I’ve dealt with.

The delivery guy was awesome too. He made sure everything was set up right, took care of all the trash, and checked that the chair's mechanisms were working before showing me how to use it and all its features.

Overall, the sales experience was amazing, and the chair feels luxurious and comfy. I can’t recommend it enough.

Simply amazing, there's really nothing more to add! I was assisting my dad in getting a massage chair for my mum's anniversary, and Weyron was outstanding throughout the whole process. I reached out on a Wednesday, hoping for a Friday delivery, and they said, 'Sorry, we can't do that, but we can get it to you tomorrow!' The customer service over the phone was super polite and incredibly helpful. The fitters did a fantastic job. My parents are thrilled, and I’m genuinely impressed with Weyron! I’ve got nothing but good things to say about them and can totally recommend their services!
